Email marketing to convert trials to paid accounts

The Challenge
Stand In has a 14-day free trial period and 2-level pricing structure. As a new start up, they only had a couple automated emails set up. We wanted to focus on trial-to-paid user conversion optimization through drip email marketing campaigns.
The Plan
Stand In needed assistance in developing a strategy and process around marketing with drip campaigns to convert trials to paid customers – with a mix of strategy, writing help or examples, and some measurement recommendations.
After an audit of the current structure, I created a strategy and recommend improvements to their current process and campaigns. This included a 5-7 series drip campaign and internal onboarding flowchart. The audit and strategy was followed with an action plan to serve as a road map.
